I have a passion to stack rocks and share what I’ve learned to help others create calm and intentional spaces at home.
About 25 years ago I started moving furniture around and clearing clutter in every area of my home after my daughter’s cancer diagnosis.
What started with anxiety, fear, despair and a bit of boredom surprisingly brought relief to my over-stimulated central nervous system.
It is my honor to help you create calm for your household and for your nervous system as well.
My path to this work wasn’t traditional-I’ve always been a helper when friends were moving, needed help organizing, planning a party, or they were just thinking through a challenge and needed a sounding board.
Eventually, I saw a gap between traditional organizing services and what the people around me actually needed. Most systems were too rigid and unrealistic for the way my people lived. Not everyone needs color-coded or labeled bins telling us where to put things in our own house—we need help, collaboration, understanding, and support.
What started as helping a friend evolved into a joyful place for me to work and be there for people when they need help at home, especially during or after times of loss. I’ve experienced my own seasons of overwhelm and positive transformation, which taught me that sustainable change requires both practical systems as well as internal awareness and external emotional support from someone like that friend.
